Guests have full access to the home and backyard. The host is available anytime via the email, text and phone call. 

Yard sprinklers run every day or every other day early in the morning during summer months.

Please note that the house does not have central air conditioning, but the split unit A/C unit upstairs, fans and opening windows throughout the home provide excellent seasonal comfort.
